My order came with box open, no cable inside no book for the way of using it ..and it came from DPD ..I try to complain there but every time I try that is like I talk with robot and none picking ..11 in the que and after 2 hours of waiting they end up the day ..and none calling back or at least next day ...what should I do .. waiting a full day on list and see when someone actually wants to talk with me ..beside robots ..

The unit arrived and looks good, works well. I had problems connecting the solar panels as the instructions were very basic. I have now tried to inform Allpower about the issue, several times but have not received a reply, only more requests for me to write a review. The powerbank seems good, customer service is useless.

Wish ud brought one years ago. Could do with a bigger powered one but that will have to wait. Fast delivery. Belive the solar panel arrived 1 day later and the station a few days later. I love how the app works with the powerstation which was a massive plus for me. Think the design of the solar panel is amazing having the case all built in. Did have to order the cigarette lighter charger I thought it would come with the kit otherwise im extremely happy with the purchase and will be back in the future. Everyone I've worked with has been so impressed and belive they will be ordering too.
