Frequently Asked Questions
The runtime can be calculated as follows:
Runtime = Battery Capacity × Inverter Efficiency ÷ Rated Power of the Device
For example, if the R4000 V2 is used to power a 700W heater, the estimated runtime would be:
2880Wh × 86% ÷ 700W ≈ 3.5 hours
You can also calculate the estimated runtime based on the power consumption of your own devices.
The above data is for reference only. Actual runtime may vary depending on device power, usage conditions, temperature, battery status, and other factors. Please note that this formula is not suitable for inductive loads with compressors, such as refrigerators, air conditioners, pumps, and similar appliances.
The R4000 V2 features a 4000W pure sine wave AC output and supports up to 6000W peak power, making it suitable for powering most household appliances, outdoor equipment, tools, and emergency backup devices.
It can power devices with a rated power of up to 4000W, as long as the device’s startup surge does not exceed 6000W.
Suitable devices may include refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, electric grills, kettles, power tools, laptops, lights, TVs, routers, medical devices, and other essential home or outdoor appliances.
The R4000 V2 supports up to 2000W maximum solar input through its XT60 solar input port.
Solar input specification:
12–60V MPPT, 40A Max, 2000W Max
Please make sure the total voltage, current, and power of your solar panel setup are within the supported input range of the R4000 V2.
Recommended ALLPOWERS solar panels include:
ALLPOWERS SP039 600W Foldable Solar Panel
ALLPOWERS SP037 400W Foldable Solar Panel
ALLPOWERS SF400 400W Flexible Solar Panel
ALLPOWERS SP033 200W Foldable Solar Panel
ALLPOWERS SP035 200W Monocrystalline Solar Panel
For faster charging, multiple compatible solar panels can be connected, but the total input must not exceed the R4000 V2’s supported solar input range.
The R4000 V2 can be charged by compatible solar panels through its DC solar input, with a supported input range of 12–60V MPPT, 40A Max, and 2000W Max.
If your balcony solar system uses solar panels that can be connected directly to the R4000 V2 within the supported voltage and current range, the R4000 V2 can store the solar energy and use it later to power your essential devices.
However, please note that the R4000 V2 should not be connected directly to the AC output of a grid-tied microinverter or an existing balcony power system. It is designed to receive solar charging through its compatible DC solar input.
Before connecting, please check your solar panel specifications, connection method, voltage, current, and connector type. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a qualified solar installer or contacting our support team for guidance.
