Where to ship from?
We operate from local warehouses in the UK. Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse based on your delivery address. This ensures faster delivery and reduced shipping times. Rest assured, all products are designed to meet UK local voltage and plug specifications.
How to ship?
For orders containing solar panels and power stations, we will ship them in separate packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Portable Power Stations: Shipped via DPD.
Solar Panels: Shipped via Yodel or DHL.
You will receive tracking details via email to monitor the progress of your order.
Delivery Address
Providing a complete and correct delivery address is crucial. We are unable to change your shipping address once your order has been dispatched or shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you immediately for corrections. The package will then be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
Please include a daytime telephone number with every order. If a package is undeliverable and returned to ALLPOWERS, please contact our customer service to arrange for re-shipping.

Shipping Status
