AC Output Runtime = Battery Capacity x Inverter Efficiency ÷ Rated Power of the device.
For example, if the S2000 Pro is used to power a 500W e-bike, the runtime would be: 1451Wh x 86% ÷ 500W ≈ 2.5 times.

The S2000 Pro has a 2400W AC output (4000W peak), allowing you to power devices with a rated power of up to 2400W and a peak power of up to 4000W.
Yes, you can charge the S2000 Pro with a 12V/24V car cigarette lighter. You will need a Car to XT60 cable.

At present, for battery life maintenance, it is recommended not to charge and discharge at ordinary times, except in emergencies. When the generator is recharging from AC wall mains, only the USB outings and AC outings are available. As for other output sockets, they are not capable of charging and discharging at the same time, what is more, DC outing will be enabled with priority when there are multiple devices plugged in. For the rest ports, first come first served.
No, the S2000 Pro is not waterproof. Please do NOT store it in a humid environment for an extended period.

Love the versatility and the available power. Bought as a home backup power station and have been testing the power usage on various appliances. In my experience so far I can only say that I am impressed. It can run my 50 inch TV for 14 hours, I had 3 mobile 2 nintendo switch consoles and my laptop on charge at the same time and no problems. I would highly recommend this product for your home emergency backup options. 5 stars 🌟 is not enough in my opinion.

Where I live is prone to power cuts in the winter. This unit is just the job for such occasions. A really good price and a fast delivery time.
R4000 solar charging 2 Bluetti’s and running our off grid caravan without any problems apart from the Bluetti broke down and had a replacement sent out as we could not get a refund or I would have had a s2000 instead

I've used Allpowers power generators with solar panels at events where I demonstrate my Martial Art off grid for a week at a time. I run a small compressor type fridge freezer, a PA system with radio microphone , charge mobile phones,a DAB radio and two way radios. Previously I used two 700w generators, on a one on 120w solar charge,one powering devices which worked very well, and as these worked well, decided to go for this higher wattage version. On test it ran the fridge/freezer plus a short laminator stint for five days with 10% still to use when I recharged it via the mains which took around an hour and a few minutes ...very impressive all round! I'm looking forward to seeing it's performance completely off grid in 2025!
I purchased the ALLPOWERS S2000 pro and the 400w solar package. The power station can be fully charged in an hour and a half at home and will run my VW camper (TV, Fridge, Fan, Phone chargers, radio, kettle etc) for a Friday-Sunday camping trip - when I go on longer trips the solar panels come in very handy (although they are quite slow to charge if we don’t have full sun for the duration that they are outside. Overall a great bit of kit for the money and well worth investing.
It's rubbish and not working properly and trying to return it but there not return the emails.

I have two..and link them, really pleased.
The unit arrived quickly- much appreciated. However the AC on/off switch does not work. We were remote without Internet so were stranded when we arrived late at night without power....exactly what we were trying to avoid. The next day we moved to an area where we could get signal and managed to switch on the AC via the app. I reported this via the website early this morning and 5 hours later have had no reply. The unit seems to work well..however it really should have arrived in full working order. I hope to be contacted soon to resolve this satisfactorily.

Change the DPD company from your book and find a better one's ...box open nu cable inside no book ..I had to find the book on Google to know how to use it ..and also came with a fault ..and now I have to return it ..very inconvenient ..

The power bank is great has everything I need for my camper van I was lucky enough to have some of your solar panels as a birthday present they are absolutely brilliant but the carrier bag they came in was not very good the bag was split on the zip but I don’t know how to get a replacement

all good using it to run my koi pond at present and its doing fine on the solar panels i am running a 35watt pond pump and a 55watt uv light

Not had a good chance to use it in an emergency situation so i am currently testing things to see what I can run and for how long. Obviously things like 50watt lamps are fine, my slow cooker could cook something up for nine hours but my kettle blows it every time. Charging phones etc is easy too. Hoping to get some solar panels to top it up.
The unit is great. It works well. The only disappointment is battery longevity and there are no optional battery packs to add to the unit to increase capacity.

It arrived promptly. All Power were very helpfull in reccomending the preferred solar panel array suitable for the S2000 Pro Portable Power Station. I have bought this unit as a 'just in case' backup. as some areas in the UK due to poor planning by our Governments do leave us in a vulnerable situation. My only negative is that the user manul is all on one A4 sheet and in order to be readable has to viewed on a monitor screen. It would have far more usefull if I could have printed each individulal page of the instruction manual so I could refer to a hard copy. Kind regards Andrew
Order was delivered within days. It's exactly as described
I had been needing to get one of these for sometime. Then thankfuly Funky Prepper showed us these ones, and the sale price was really fantastic. I still dont want any power cuts to happen but I'm well prepared now. And there is always camping trips with my friends in summer.
In hind sight maybe should have got a bigger output one as cuts out when using all 4 plugs and yes our fault but other than that love it.
